Comptech Ice Box

1) Would Comptech's Icebox work for 1st Gen Models? If not, which one would be best without the risk of taking in H2O?

2) Yesterday I asked about the recommended fluids for the vehicle (don't have a manual), and I can't seem to find the post... sorry for the double post.

Thanks,

i'm pretty sure the icebox DOES work.. because people have installed comptech's WHOLE supercharger package.... and the icebox is included in that..

im pretty sure the icebox in only avail for a very limited # of cars. so i dont know about the piping but u could use the box. and the icebox isnt really quieter than a aem cai. i installed one on my friends civic si. at idle it has a low howl instead if a turbine sound and either one when u get on it the car will scream.

Any ideas on the best places out there to get either Comptech or AEM then?

I asked a comptech product distributor, and apparently the Icebox intake is made for the 99-03 CL/TL 3.2, so I guess the 2.3 is out of luck and I gotta go with AEM instead.
