Comptech or AEM

Comptech or AEM
Ok, if you aren't in a rush to mod your car and you wanted to keep it simple and quiet. Which intake would you go with, Comptech or AEM? I have never heard either intakes in person. How would you weigh the differences....$$$, sound, performance, reliability, etc.

AEM is louder and more difficult to clean the filter. I put an Icebox in my 3.0 becasue its quieter and the filter is in the same place as the stock airbox. It doesn't fit perfectly, but thats fine by me.
