cold air

got mine today in the mail, still gotta install it
can anyone tell me what the thin plastic tube that came with mine is for?
instructions claims its for some oxoygen sensor or sumting?

before you start 50 threads search, and just hook it up, it doesnt matter what tis for, what car you got 2.x or 3.0

It's for your vacuum lines, hence the 2 valves on the pipe

uhm sorry i got the 3.0
also im kinda a noob so heres a dumb question:
my shiney metal tube has 2 holes on it, well 4 if you want to get technical. does the tube need to be on both? if not, should i tape the other hole shut?

You need to take the 2 vaccuum hoses that are connected to your stock air box, and extend them with the tubing, one for each side, doesn't matter which. When it's done, you should have tube for both of those holes. See?
