Code 8 TDC sensor malfunction?

Anyone had this before? If so, how much for the part? Where is it located? Thanks!

My brother got this in his lide last week. We pulled the battery negatvie and reset the ECU.

Hasnt come back since.

If the sensor is bad it will come back.
