Clutch Questions

So its time for a new clutch. I still have the original clutch in my car with 176xxx miles. I've been shopping around for a new clutch(i have a $300 limit) but theres so many options and i have a few questions.
so heres my options so far
1. stock evrything .....no thanx
2. exedy oe clutch with pressure plate, bearing and 10lbs flywheel $280
3. xtd (ebay) stage1 clutch pressure plate, bearing and 10lbs flywheel $220
4.exedy stage 1 clutch with pressure plate and bearing no flywheel $245

so thats what i have found so far. i really think i want a new flywheel though b/c of my mileage and their about $100 so idk about #4. i have heard that xtd is not a bad clutch and is definately worth getting but i havent seen this for myself so idk. any opinions? last question... a mechanic friend of mine said that the exedy oe clutch is actually a stage 1 clutch and is only considered oe in japan... if thats the case i would jump on #1 has anyone else heard of this???
thanx guys

#2. If you've lasted this long on your stock one, exedy oe will be good enough for you.

#2. Exedy is used as the stock clutch in Evolutions, so maybe that's what your friend is referring to.

I would go #2. The oem exedy can handle a lot from what I've heard. My buddy put one on his built gsr hatch and never had problems. It still has the stock feel but grabs harder than acura oem.

I've been looking at these lately, would the 8lb fidanza really make a difference and are they reliable? I'm not a hard driver and have a completely stock 99 CL.

this is the Exedy OE clutch Kit i'm looking at:

So Ideally, I could be looking at $250 for the clutch set up, my buddy works at a shop and says he could help me out on the install. Would you bite on this specific deal? What would you change? Thanks in advance.
