Clutch problems, Please help!

I just went outside to get into my car and the clutch is extremely loose i can push down about 75% of the way before I can feel any pressure on it. I called acura and the guy said it is either the master clutch cylinder (under warranty) or just a bad clutch. I cannot drive my car it doesn't work enough for me to even get into a gear.

So the delima is do I tow it to acura to have them see if it is under warranty and if it is fix it for free, and if it isn't charge me up the a** for replacing it. Or do I take it somewhere else to get it fixed?

Is there anyway I can check to see what the problem is or has anyone else had this problem. There was no sign of the clutch going out, when I drove it yesterday it worked just fine and didn't feel any different.

HELP!

Its either the clutch master or slave cylinder. Clutch plates dont wear out overnight.

I had a leak in my 80 prelude and the pedal was on the floor when I got in it.

Take the cap off the resevoir just below the gauge in this pic

and see if there is fluid in it. Add some and see if it goes away. Dot 3 brake fluid will do the job.
