Clutch problem

My clutch has been acting weird lately. for some reason my clutch would shift its point of engagement. what i mean by that is that the clutch would start grabbing in a different area than normal.
reffering to the picture i drew (hopefully you can see it).
the pic is at http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/...4224&members=1

it starts engaging at point 2 (p2), it should normally be engaging at point 1 (p1). the weird thing is that this only occurs in the morning, when i first start the car. gradually over about half an hour it returns to normal. and is fine the rest of the day. i thought maybe its because it is cold and it gets better as it warms up (even though i know it shouldn't happen at all). the only problem with that theory is that when i am at school it has plenty of time to cool down again, yet it is still normal when i leave for home. i was hoping you guys could help me out.

i looked for a fluid level for that but i couldn't find, honestly i am not sure that a manual even uses fluid for that kind of operation. i thought it was all mechanical and did not involve hydrolics. i know automatics have a transmission fluid level. if i am wrong please give me an idea about where to find it.

I have an auto, so I am just guessing on a CL. Usually it not like a level container, like the brake fluid. It usually a dipstick, colored yellow, near the bottom part of the engine. Oh when u do it make sure the engine is off but ran before for a while, and also it on even ground. Oh And you read it like how u read an oil dipstick. pull out, wipe, and put back in, and pull out.

Damn it those jotos at the torque convertor sites are taking a real long time to respond to be. I guess I should have told them I am a civic or something. hahaha

ok i've got a 5sp CL. The resevoir for the clutch fluid is right next to the brake fluid resevoir. Its a smaller version of it. And the CL's have a hydrolic clutch.
