My power-adjustable driver seat makes grinding noises when I move it back and forth. No doubt it's grimmy and dirty on the rails.

How can you do a detail cleaning down there?

Other than taking the seat out, theonly other way I can think of is to used compressed air to blast as much of the dirt as possible. Either use the stuff in a can or you can just go to a gas station and use the air compressor there.
