Cl3.0 Heated Seat

Hey guys, usddenly my driver side heated seat doesn't work anymore. I can press the button and the light comes on but the seat doesn't warm up. Any ideas?

maybe the heating pad burnt out?

the heating elements burnt out. happened to me luckily it was under warranty. both sides come out to be over 1k
