CL touring wing

do you think this would look nice? or would the trunk be too slanted back causing the spoiler to be angled...i seen touring wings where the spoiler kinda leans foward a little...post ur thoughts...im still considering about getting a touring wing

only thing that looks good on the trunk is a factory spoiler. i used to have a huge aluminum apr wing on my trunk, i liked it for a while than got tired of it and didn't like it.

personally, the 97-99 CL's ass defines the car's beauty, the car is just classy. I haven't liked the spoilers out there, and the wings are just too outrageous. Its a judgement call.. I've seen lots of car photos through acura-cl.com with soupedup rides without spoiler/wings, and they look good

Personally, I wouldn't do it for two main reasons:

1) I love the way our ass ends look. I really like the flow of the car's body lines and I wouldn't want to corrupt that. In addition, I've only seen one, maybe two CLs that look decent with anything other than the factory spoiler.

2) I don't think I need to do anything to slow down my car. A touring wing is only useful when driving 130+ mph or turning at 70+ mph. Anytime other than the you don't need the extra downforce and all you're getting is extra drag - which slows you down.

Again, these are my reasons for not getting a wing, you're free to do whatever you like to your car - I mean, it is YOUR car.

MY OPINION:

our car LOWERED without a wing looks awsome, but otherwise, stock height, it may look a bit better with the wing. JMO
