no, not with those mods, i beat a civic si on this long bridge once but it just looked like he put a body kit and exaust on it i dont know about engine mods... but since you have a stock 3.0... negatory

I have no beef with you, (i think ur the 1 who hosted my vid). You would lose with either of those mods, (turbo or spray), he doesn't need both to beat you. motor for motor I would say would be a good race, but spray or boost and a lighter car and ur done.
