U talking about using the normal headlight bulbs?? If so, you could wire in a transformer to drop the voltage for the bulbs so they just glow a little.

i want an additional bulb within the 9005 bright, like a city light. I know the city light kit either has to drill in the housing, or if u have an H4 bulb, it fits around the ring...well i dont have H4s, and i really dont want to drill in my housing. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

um, you could maybe get a small bulb with wires attached, and run the wires through the hole for the bulb, and just make sure the bulb hangs down so it dosent touch the 9005 bulb.
