Cigarette Lighter Problem

Well i bought a 97 3.0 CL and the cigarette lighter doesnt work. I checked the fuses and they are good. I tried connecting cell phone chargers, the cigarette lighter, and other devices and nothing works. Anyone know of the problem and how i can fix this? Thanks

The connection behind the lighter might be loose. That was my problem.
