Wiper blades have major problem when on, especially at fastest speed. The drivers side blade smacks into the left side of the windshield when coming up, and then the passenger side smacks the bottom on the way down. It makes for a very loud and annoying experience while raining, plus it chips off the paint on the wiper arms. I tried to tighten the screws that connect the wipers to the car, but they still beat the sides of the windows very furiously. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to remedy this situation? THanks

 

Take off your wiper arms and reposition them.
