Cheap and Easy Mods?

*I know those pics are reposts, its all Ive got right now with the new stuff on the front*

Right now I don't have a whole lot of money, and I've been wanting to mod the CL. What would be some cheap and easy mods to do? Consider that I live in an apartment and one of my roommates took the garage (that bastard), so I would have to be able to do it in front of my building. I'm going back home for thanksgiving and staying about 4 days, so I can do some stuff that involves painting there.

I was thinking about stuff along the lines of
*LED mods (maybe going red)
*chrome gauge rings
*blackhousing my headlights
*Garfield CL style hi beams (and painting my calipers Brembo gold to match). I dunno how it would look though... photoshop maybe?
*shift knobs? I dunno

Anything else you guys would suggest?

I'm definitely getting HIDs next month, 6500k

oh and btw, I'm going to take the red centers off my wheels , I'll see how it looks off or I might paint them a different color.

lol, i'm sticking with my CL til death...

when you wanna do the LED mod, hit me up, i'll give you the correct list/number of bulbs so you won't waste money on getting the wrong/ineffective bulbs... I also have some bulbs left from my project so i'll give it to you for cheap...

Sweet, I'll definitely hit you up when I figure it all out.

Yea I'm not planning on selling the CL anytime in the future, I wouldn't get a whole for it anyways, the interior is near perfect and now the paint is too but its lowered (bad for resale lol), has a bunch of miles, 2nd owner, etc. Might as well just keep it, its exactly what I wanted in the first place

LED's is a good cheap mod, as well as gauge rings. Painted calipers, and tint.

Get an ebay intake, blackhouse, hid (like you mentioned) and you're well on your way. Any plans for performance upgrades or sound upgrades? Just curious

Yea I've been considering some performance mods, like intake, MSD, maybe exhaust if I can find something quiet enough. I like the stock one because it doesn't draw a lot of attention from the cops, maybe something like the Tanabe Super Medalion touring one.

I really want to upgrade my sound, but the stock is fine for now but my main concern is getting my shit stolen.

I don't want to spend all my money on this car though, I'm trying to save up to get a SR20det swap done in my Datsun 280Z. 6k for all the parts and labor, and out the door already tuned and running in a week .

whats your price limit?

here are some things you could do, each is like under $50 or so.

1. LED out your exterior/interior
2. rockblocker taillight tints
3. paint your grill body color or some other color
4. buy a "JDM" plate relocator for your front plate
5. prelude short shifter mod
6. new shifter knob
7. black housing headlights
8. g2 caliper paint
9. ebay intake
10. strut bar
11. painted valve cover

theres more, I just cant think of any right now
