get yourself an oil catch pan.
oil filter, some oil, hydrolic jack, jack stands

car should be warm not hot.
put the car up on the jack stands.
go under the car,look for oil pan(kinda square w/ a bolt on it)
unscrew bolt( make sure catch can is under it or else you'll have major clean up)
the filter should be directly above and to the left(drivers side)
unscrew filter. (also watch for mess)
after oil drains, replace filter with new one.
return oil drain bolt.
fill with new oil.
start car let the new oil run through for a sec.
then

yup! good to go!

Mobile 1, or whatever honda uses. Remember when filling all other fluids, ie. powersteering, transmission ect, i'd use genuine honda fluids.

I dislike Mobil 1 very much. I got oil leaks soon after, and I believe a few others did to (don't take my word for it). But other than that, I've always used Castrol, and was very pleased with it.

It really doesn't matter what kind of oil you use as long as you change it regularly you should be fine.
