I personally love my Acura, and I thought i would never get rid of it-
but something has came up- my friend want to sell me his
99' Bmw 323i (new body style) has clear corners and red and clear tail lights, also which is a plus has M3 rims-
and he was to sell is for only 20000g's.
So i am stuck w/ a prob....

need some advice- what would the rest of you do..


also, the bmw gave under 40000 miles

 

ok, do you want to pay for the high maintanence costs of the german import? another thing....the 323 is not that fast.....personally i think its kinda like a poor man's BMW - kinda clunky....i also hate the gas pedal....but that's just me. but seriously, the maintenence costs, and the fact that there's no more factory bumper to bumper warranty, do not get it. sure, the engine is made to go 200k+, but everything else in the car is not. i work at carmax...i know these things man....keep the damn acura.

 

go for it! 323 maybe slow, but it's still faster than our car. bimmers give u more choice in performance anyways.

 

It depends on what you want...if you're happy with your car, then don't get caught up in the moment with car envy...I mean it is only a 323. On the other hand, if you can afford it and you love the feel of RWD and great handling then do what you gotta do

 

Personally I love the new style BMW's. I plan on getting one in a few years after I finish school. I would go for it just because I love them!!

 

I passed up a '99 BMW 328 to purchase my '97 3.0CL.

To this day, I never regret my choice. I took the $$$ I saved, bought a Rolex, and mod'ed the hell out of my CL!

Only the M3 (of all the 3-Series BMWs) can beat me! :P

Do what your gut tells you to do! I did!

 

Never buy a car from a friend. Stupid decision. No matter what you think now, when things start going wrong in the car (and they will), you will blame him.

I agree.......some other reason not to buy that car.

It's a 323 and it's red.....it's got bitch ride written all over it! If your gonna get a 323 at least pick a better color. just my $.2
