Here is the deal, I have an h22 in my joint and for a year now it throws code 12 every now and then. Has anyone experienced this exact code. I looked it up and means "EGR Valve Low Lift/High voltage" now common sense tells me I may have a voltage issue but what exactly should test for? Should I start with the harness and see what kind of voltage its putting out? Or do I just need a new EGR off the bat? Also my car is now throwing Code 3 but I have no clue what that is, has anyone heard of code 3? I will post this on the prelude forum as well. I was thinking since the obd 1 motor is using an ob2 harness the ecu might be throwing some messed up codes, but for the most part everything is wired correctly and it just may be that i could have a wiring problem on the EGR side. Any advice would be great.
