I get it too, I have done a search on this forum and really found out nothing. This is the second time it has happened. Acura replaced my radio 2 yrs ago when it first happened, (it was under warranty then) Now Im just gonna pull it and get an aftermarket headunit to upgrade my system.
So frustrating right?!?! You can only play shit for like a few mintes then......PEO!!!! SO BAD!

I got the Ebay special that everyone loves to make fun of on here... LOL it was like 30 bucks, I thought I would give it a shot. If it falls apart or starts screwing up, I'll upgrade. but for now, it seems to be getting the job done..

Yes its in the manual alright....but it doesnt give you a fix for it. It needs repaired or replaced.

The same thing happened to me and luckily I was covered. I would try to replace the motor like Decimate said. I heard its not really that hard to do it on ur own but I've never tried.

Becareful with CDRW's. When I popped one in, the CDRW temporarily came back! I broke that CD in half so fast its not even funny

My CD player worked yesterday... I asked the guy at the shop and he said that that will happen when it is freezing outside, something about an optical eye having moisture over it and not being able to read stuff... It was super cold that day...

I'm thinking of getting Cirrius satellite radio so I don't have to worry too much about the CD player... but it did work, Thanks guys, I'll keep your suggestions in mind if it keeps happening.
