To continue from the subject of this post.
Can I purchase any CD Changer to hook up to the adapter that is avalable for the bose head unit? I would like to put it in the trunk, however I heard on one of these posts that someone put there's under the passenger seat, which would be a good idea if it fit.

Not any CD changer. Some of them have different adapters. I believe ours is an Alpine so you can buy any of the new Alpine brands and I believe any of them should fit.

Where would I obtain this adapter? and is it a specific adapter for the bose deck?
If so, all being said. I can only go with a Alpine cd changer?
