Hello and welcome to the forums.
This particular cat back will NOT work with your V6 CL.
I recommend buying the muffler of your choice and having an exhaust shop replace your piping with 2.5" diameter piping when installing the muffler.

^no.
Nitrous isnt for beginners, which you clearly are.
do you even know HOW to set up that nitrous kit?
it takes serious research on how and where to plumb the nozzles for great results.
and without proper watch guards in place, you could blow the engine with nitrous.

I love nitrous and used it in my CL for almost 10 yrs.

I recommend a wet kit from Zex (Zex uses a module that helps keep your engine from going kaboom), colder plugs, and use high octane only when on the bottle. i went with a 125 shot of nitrous on the 3.0 with race gas or alcohol from your local hardware store (zylene, toulene, have 114+ octane rating)
Nitrous is easier to install than a stereo system in my opinion. It only consists of 3 wires, gound, power, and tps.
A bottle warmer is highly recommended unless you don't mind refilling the tanks at the 1/2 way point due to lack of pressure in the bottle.
The 3.0 with a 125 shot will do you wonders! I had some of the most exciting races with that setup.
