Car is shaking

For a few weeks now, my car has had a slight vibration when at idle. I figured it had something to do with the engine mounts. When i open the throttle a little, the whole engine moves back and forth a little and i can see that in the front mount is where the movement is coming from. Do i need new mounts our could i get by with the interserts to tighten it up?

it might be the spark plugs

my buddy had vibrations in his mazdaspeed and it was because of his plugs

he changed his iradium to copper and now its smooth idle ... WARNING: copper doesnt last as long as iradium though..

Spark plug wires, dirty gas, fouled spark plug, improper timing...etc. Could be any of these...
