i went to get my car ready for the summer in the parking garage i stored it, and i see my cover is ripped in the front. I took pictures and all, and someone clipped the front bumper, breaking my corner light and scratching the bumper, as well as cracking some of the paint.

this sucks balls because the car was painted 2 years ago... pictures soon

 

dude they hsould be liable for that shouldnt they? or do they have cameras in there where they can see who did it?

 

that sucks dude, i hate parking garages, some dbag scuffed the side of my car trying to jam an SUV into a compact spot last year. hope everything turns out alright for you.

 

i know how you feel my car got hit last night and the ass drove off. good thing it was one of my neighbors friends and i now have there number and address.

 

There was no cameras, i'm trying to at least get the money i payed for the storage back. I don't think the damage is sufficient to put a claim though the insurance.. Anybody have a spare left clear corner?

 

That sucks man, I remember you getting the car painted a while back. Hope you can get some money to help with the repairs.

 

Car was just fixed :-).

I had a problem with my insurance, they told me they wouldn't cover the damage because the car was insured only for theft, fire and vandalism. After some arguing and pictures of the car ON stand and with a cover on, inside an indoor parking garage, they decided to cover it as vandalism even though it was a hit and run.

Now i need to call a windshield installer to redo the caulking around the windshield, water is somehow seeping through it... i'm also buying new weatherstripping for it :-). I'll post pictures asap!
