hmm, .... the s2000 is a rear wheel drive car with an engine that runs along the car. So the tranny is situated after the engine... I really dont know if ur cl's transaxle would bolt right up to the s2000 engine if u would put it horizontally.

The F20c/F22c is not like the regular F-series motors, you'd have to get an adapter plate to mate it to the stock CL 5speed. Why the hell you'd wanna do that, idk, it comes with a 6speed. Also you'd have to cut your firewall to fit the tranny since its not transversly mounted. You'd also have to get custom engine mounts and whatnot. All in all it's doable, just not as easy as a regular honda swap, and pretty expensive i'd think.

you can't hook it up to the stock tranny even with an adapter. the S2K motor spins the opposite direction (aka forward, lol) You might be able to get it to adapt to a K tranny though, but who knows, this is pretty much uncharted territory.
or you make it rear wheel drive, but there's already a thread about that. lol.

The S2k engine shares little to nothing in common with the F22/f23 found in CLs and late 90s accord.
It's timing chain driven and has direct ignition like the K.

yes it will i thought about doing it but the amount of fab work involve and the money it would cost to do it!{lets just say you could buy a sup up supra or just buy s2000 and turbo it]
but hey its all about being different
but any real power setup will cost money and will spend more money to keep it running and replacing broken parts
good luck on what ever you do

yes, im aware, im not looking for anything more then a 250 whp build. doesnt seem too outrageous on an H. i mean.. 150 whp is just so.... lame. lol having to downshift to 3rd or 4th.. then needing a half mile to pass someone was just so upsetting.
and your right, I did bash it. one day I will pull off that n22 swap though! just gotta find one. lol

with an average h22 with the proper bolt ons and a tune, 170hp isn't hard to reach. i've seen a few guys on h-t w/ I/h/e and a vafc or neptune tune make 170 whp.
