i wanna put a screen on top, can i flip my kit?

no, i made a custom thing that fits in the pocket and the screan goes up above, now it is in the way of the deck, if i could swap the two i would be golden

I used the two cages that secure the HU into the dash kit, then got a piece of narrow metal bracket and attached one to each side connecting the top to the bottom. I was able to keep the dash kit for the correct mounting places into the car, but cut out the pocket with a drimmel

Stock headunit is larger than one din, but the whole space is two din (4").
Wake, if you are wanting to put a full din in dash screen above your HU, you need to lose that kit anyway.
