an Audi A4? not the new 2002 models, but im talking about the 96-01 models. 1.8 and 2.8? has anyone ever race one of these cars?

 

I've beaten the shit outta both. Just becareful the 1.8 isn't chipped. Damn things can vary like a mofo when moded because its turbo and all they gotta do is turn up the boost.

 

well i came across A4 before.. but it was stock.. my car is pretty much stock too.. just intake..

well anyhow.. i beat him like he was standing still..

so this other day i was driving.. saw S4.. you know the M3 of Audi..

so i was like how fast can it be...so i flowed it and passed him

ass soon as i passed him with in few seconds.. he just flew by me...

i was like

me in my face....

so if you ever come across S4 thats

 

How can you tell if its chipped?
There is this punk ass on my street claiming that he can beat me with no problems. Doesnt look like he did anything to his car. He took off his emblems so i cant tell if its a 1.8 or 2.8. And he talks mad sh*t about the CL saying that its a cheap ass car with no speed. I totally disagree with him and i challenge him to a race all the time. But he always makes up excuses ( ie. his tires are messed up, he needs an oil change, its unfair for me(wtf!!!), etc...)and when he does race me, he'll pull some BS like cut right infront of me when im about to pull on him. He says my CL doesnt stand a chance against his A4. But i havent had a fair race with him yet because hes a chicken sh*t. So does this guy have a car that can beat me, or is he just BSing?

 

Oh..and he doesnt have the S4. I know what the S4 looks like and this guys car doesnt look as wide or as nice as an S4. I know better than to mess with one of those.

 

Hmmm it sounds like he is afraid to race you...he might not have that fast of a car....have you ever let him drive ur car...cuz maybe he had a taste of the CL power ...

u do realize a modded S4 can but out 350+ hp i would of pulled over and let him by ... as i cowerd in is wind hahaha

I raced a A4 i couldn't tell who would have won but i seemed to stay with him pretty nicely. He pulled along side of me on a road with a lot of pot holes and i wasn't going to race but he floored it and a second later i floored mine. I think he would have had me though. i believe it was a 1.8T.

and nope...never let him behind my wheel. I hate that guy with a passion because hes sooo damn arrogant. I just talked to him about 10 mins ago and hes still at it again. This time, I challenged him and he said he doesnt want to waste his time. What a pansy.

 

A4s are no problems for me, but I was impressed with the S4!

I got beat by 3-4 car lengths up to 110!

 

Well, not too many people can afford the $40k S4 and if they do they deserve to beat a $28k CL

 

i sorta raced a A4 down 19th avenue in san francisco, i stomped the gas, and then flew away, after we were done we met up and he said that "his was only shiftin at 3"

what part of california are you in? if your near me shiet i'll go help you represent CL's!

 

Dont misunderstand me when I say this, but Its not the CAR usually the DRIVER!!!

You can have the fastest car around, but if you cannotr drive it you will lose everytime!!!!

Hell my GF's EX has a s2000 and loses to stock CIVICS... wtf is that!?

The Audi a4 T's are quick motors, but the have the same problem we have... not enough power to push the weight!!! It can go either way in any race... the S4.. forgetaboutit! We have NO chance!
