CAI (increased noise?)
Just wondering if by installing a CAI, if their is an increase in regular "cruising" speed noise? I like the quiet ride of the CL and wondering if I would have to give that up.
thanks.
thanks.

before vtec i'd say that noise is pretty low. there's always that suck when u first accelerate but if youre crusing between 2-4k i'd say its about the same....maybe a little louder but not annoying. when u hear the sound at vtec i dont think you'll just be cruisin anymore though

Well one thing I can tell you about my air intake (it's not a CAI, so it might not apply to your question, but just in case it does...) is that the colder it gets, the more humming I hear coming from the engine bay. Even when it's not cold, there is still a pretty loud hum. I park in an indoor garage, and one of my neighbors asked me one day what was wrong with my car?
