We now only have 4 cars, over teh holiday my sister sold her legend (sad to see it go), The Porsche was stolen and totaled in teh same week like 2 years ago, my mom was hit by a semi in the S class like 1.5 years ago and I was driving the volvo over the mountian pass teh week after X-Mas and hit some ice and I wrecked that. We will not be fixing the Volvo, well beause no one ever liked it, it was the one that got to park outside. Instead we sold it and wiht the money we got from that we are going to goa dn buy a 2003 Esclade(sp?) ESV and trade in teh Range Rover as well. (damn quirky that British Car) So in a few months we will only have 4, Just have not updated the sig for awhile, I no longer have all that audio equipment either... after my break inS i decided to revert to stock for a little bit, at least until i get tired of the Bose.

Yeah I think the "A-C-U-R-A" looks better, its kind of throw back to the old legends with the "L-E-G-E-N-D" badge makes the car look classier.

the acura letters you can pick up at any local acura dealship for about 35.00 bucks, i have mine but have not been able to put it on, i am still trying to figure out a way to make the "U" look flush when you put it in the middle since the 1st gens have a crease down the middle of our trunk. but dont let them charge you over 35-40 check out acuraautomotiveparts.net they have it there, print out the sheet with the price and take it to the dealer, my dealer matches all the price on acuraautomotiveparts.net

For those who have the bigger badging, what do you guys do about the other "Acura" badge on the upper left? Did you take it off and have a body shop fill in the holes and repaint it? Did it have holes where the dowle pins went it, or was it just a sticky?

damond: Both the stock Acura badging and the 3.0CL badging are stickies. If you get the ACURA letters from the TL or new CL, those are also stick on.
97Acura3.0CL: I had my U bent a 'lil because of the creasing on the trucnk. I don't think that you notice it too much. You could always add more adhesive stickers to the side parts of the "U" to keep it raised or flush. The only problem is that you will have to remove the "U" from the paper first. I know with my car, we started with the U first to make sure it was centered properly.
