I just got an exhaust for free (Magnaflow) so i got it piped out and everything

the exhaust is universal but what is up with this bubbly noise. . .
from low RPMs, it sounds really nice but once it gets around 3,000 RPM, it makes these funny bubbly noises until V-tec. . kinda annoying

any1 know why it makes such noise?

 

like a gurgle noise?

maybe your free exhaust is cheap.. and actually crap..

btw.. do u have a 2.x? or 3.0?

and yea it's a magnflow. . iono it sounds like theres water inside
as you stated "gurgle" i think thats what u can call it

is it the exhaust or piping or etc . .

yea i got it for free

the piping is i think a 2.25 a lil bit bigger than stock of course
it's a straight through piping.. no resonator . . . got the piping for 80 bucks

i'm guessing this gargle noise is spitting out because of the 4cyl . . -_-

 

with no resonator you get that raspy sound...

do you still have a cat in?

i like it but maybe thats cause its on a v6
