Fortunately nothing was stolen. I have Dark ass limo tint and they thought they could break the small window then reach in the car and pull up the lock! Idiots obviously arent professionals....if they were then they'd know that the lock isnt located there.......fools!!!
Costs to replace: $1200.00 for both windows.

 

Daaaaaammmmmm!!! I hate thieves like that. YOu wanna break into my car? fine, just done make a mess. I had someone break into my civic years ago, and because there was nothing to take, they messed up the inside of the car. At least they werent pricks and tear up your leather. Sucks man.

Did they steel anything? Or were they just vandals. I would consider yourself lucky they didn't do more damage. That does suck though, those windows are a bitch to reseal. Be carefull who you have put them back in, or they might leak or whistle in the future.

 

Sorry man your lucky you didn't find them because then you would be in jail, at least I know I would be.

NO they didnt steal anything. Cop said it might just be vandalism because if they really wanted to take something they would have broken the window on the door. i'd rather think that they wanted to take something rather than break my window for no reason.

We keep our cars in the garage. I hate fucking punk-ass kids. One day, I was backing out, and I saw this kid standing in our coldasack. He was carrying a softball and an aluminum bat. I was like, "what the fuck are you gonna do kid... this aint a softball feild." I haven't seen him since. Little bastard, prolly gonna break someone's window or something. GO TO THE PARK. Sorry, I just had to share.

 

I can feel your pain. The last time my car was broken into the bastages stole over 400 cd's, a cd player, my damn coat and all my changebroken window and the kicker the door was totally unlocked :rippedoff


Since that day I have had disturbing dreams about what maybe people could do to prevent the next vandal from hitting.

Yeah, over in South Africa, car theft is a big deal, they have these butane charged deals that if someone breaks your window, the flames come out from under the car. There is also the stinger. It electrifies the skin of the car. ZZZZAAAAPPPP. One mor fawker down.

 

thats totally what i was thinking, take a HUGE capacitor and discharge it if say someone takes the radio after the alarm is on for 10 seconds or more... ahh too many ideas, think ill just keep full coverage and park it in my friggen garage :mumbles:

that really sucks man. stupid punk ass people piss me off. though i don't know many that would stop with just the rear 3 windows so something must have scared them off from finishing the job. Was yours the only car that was hit in the area?

That sucks .. Ever since LLWes got his stuff jacked I lock my trunk..

 

There were some gang-banger wantabes running around my town smashing windsheilds. The smashed about 20 before a neighbor saw them and called the popo. Sad side to the story, no one was ever caught. That is why I park in the garage... Although, anywhere the Mistress sits... she could be a victum.

Last note... this is kinda cool. Where I work... My parking lot is right next to the campus DPS... It's gated and all that. Love it. I only gotta wory about her when I am out and about... but not at work or home. Nice and sage.

 

The only upside to this story is that his tinting was strong enough to hold onto most of the glass so that it didn't fall in and rip up his leather.... other than that....

that sucks.

 

the house I rent for now, the car sits in the garage, my work, it sits in a camera monitored lot, plus I can see the lot out the window. Helps ease fears a little.

 

i'd lock my trunk too.. if there was anything worth taking in it
