Brake pads Install

My brakes pads need to be replaced. When i apply the brake it feels spongy like there is air being exerted. PLus when i drive the car i hear a squeek every time the wheel does a revolution, the squeeking stops when i apply the brakes.

Any suggestions?

I think you answered your own question. Replace the pads, and make sure you bleed a little out of your line to make sure there is no air in there and then fill up with more brake fluid.

Ayo i took my car to the shop to have my pads replaced and they tell me that the pads are brand new.

I wanted to look at my brakes due to hearing a noise when the car is in motion like loud squeek every time the wheel does a revolution.

So the mechanic shaves my rotors and replaces my ( think its called) master brake cylinder. WHen i drive my car the next day i see my Emergency brake light come on and my ABS light.

Im going back for them to fix it. My question is what could be the noise when i im driving?

any have this similiar experience?!
