brake caliper bolts seized up

I am pretty new to the forum, and have a few tech questions.
1. Changing brake pads of front and rear of car. Front caliper bolts on driver side will not budge. Any tricks on getting them to break free?

2. Need special tool to rest the piston in the reat caliper, anyone got any homemade fixes that would work?
