i was thinking about putting my car pics or something new for my avatar. how do you do like what dustbuster did and where do you get moving pics like the anime bouncing boobs chick? just want to know so i can figure out what i am going to do.

 

It's an animated GIF image, you need a gif animator program of some sort and they are easy to do.
