I've replaced the radiator and cooling fans. Thermostat is working (checked with an infrared thermometer.)

But after driving for awhile, I can turn off the car and pop the hood and there is steam/water bubbling from the overflow. So I have to let it cool down and re-fill.

I've burped the cooling system numerous times following the steps posted here.

Any other ideas?
