so ive been tryin to call them about every 15 minutes since about 2:15p and everytime i call, i let it ring like 10-15 times until my cell beeps 3 times and says no answer... il try callin them again today and tomorrow, and hopefully ill be able to take the car to them tomorrow when i get in touch with them. Ill keep you guys informed of what happens soon as i get in touch with them.

 

since they're close to you and you can't get an answer, go over there!

 

I would but their not really that close now that its rush hour..i got off work at 5p, and to drive even the 20-30 miles from here to Walnut would take a good hour maybe 2...by the time i get there, they be closed, so ill go over there tomorrow and see whats up.

So Ive still been tryin to contact them all morning but no answer on either of their phone lines...just endless ringing. I was thinking about venturing down to Walnut to check it out, but the only address they got posted on the website is their PO Box...Ive e-mailed them to let them know Ive been tryin to get in touch with them, but no word yet. Ill keep tryin to call them today and even tomorrow, but i dont think im gonna get an answer until monday morning.

after two emails and countless phone calls to them, i finally got an email with their cell number, ive called it twice and no answer yet, but in the email he said to double check that we are going with the veilside supra kit...so is that for sure the one we are going with?

 

In an email recieved 9/8 4:20p frombodykitseller@aol.com:

we would need your car in a week or so. we are closed on the weekends. call us tomorrow. ask for sam.

So this is what i will do, ill post soon as i get of the phone with them.

Let me know what you guys think. If most of us will not like this, will make them change the kit. At first, I thought they will do the veilside but I think they don't carry the kit to use as a mold. I guess the best thing we could do is maybe go to their website and pick a kit that they that you guys think will look good with our ride. So keep the opinions coming. THanks.

I like the look of the velocity kit, but im down for whatever.

 

i like this one, http://bodykits.org/v2/shopexd.asp?id=73 but i would really want to see a C-West rx-7 or C-west DC5 integra kit instead, the one with the picture is my 3rd choice, ....oh and i dont dig that veilside kit, and make sure they fit our bumper lights

 

Nah, that kit looks a bit strange. Like those 3 layers on the front corners, just a little too tacky.

dang. . . ten kit you have to order. . . . . i don't think that everyone is going to agree on one kit. good luck though.

 

and for the veilside kit. . . .the kit alone is a grand. then you have to custom it? yeah you guys are looking at about 1500.

 

i want either a buddyclub or cwest front bumper, buddyclub sides and buddyclub rear bumper.

 

it won't be near 1500 bucks on a group buy. I bet it will be closer to half that.

So i got a call back from them yesterday, and they said itll be about a week or more before they need my car. They still need to finalize the kit we want and the people who want the kit etc. I have to call them in approximately a week or so and then take my car in.
Just got another email from them saying:
hey Minesh, this is Samir, owner of bodykits.org, we are in the middle of remodeling our warehouse. we should be back open next week. call my cell next week.

 

if ya can make the cwest front, buddy club rear, and buddy club sides, then id buy it for sure

i agree with you there. everyone is on a quest to be original. everyone will want something different. plus, who wants a kit knowing the are 9+ other cls rolling around looking just like you. . . .

 

yeah, everyones talking about this front with these sides and that rear, that'll never happen. You guys need to set up a poll for which kit you want, and the 1st kit with 10 votes wins. Then you better be sure that those 10 people have the ca$h to buy it.

I wouldn't car too much about cl's in other states with the same kit, but if they lived in my city i'd be pissed.

well if one or two live in your city that would suck. i live in south cali. so yeah. . . . the odds are agianst anyone that lives in so.cal. xerothermic alread lives in so cal, so there's one already.

 

if its a good deal i'm in....i'm in dallas so i wont have to worry about other member witht he same kit i guess.

 

may-be you guys should just hit up rmstocio or something. . . .i bet if you guys have a lot of kits done he'd give you a good deal.
