I have a black on black (int. and ext.) CL with chrome rims. I have clear bumper lenses and I think it looks super pimp. I'm really debating wether or not I should black out the headlights. I like the way clear corners and clear headlights looks but everyone is telling me I NEED to get black housing. What do you guys think? Maybe I should start this as a new topic.

O yeah, I didn't answer your question. I would definitely get clear corners on a CL.

I have the clears on now, but I'm just waiting to for my amber ones to arrive so I can switch them out. The only reason I am changing it because I've grown tired of the clears. Messing with different bulbs and trying to have them match the headlights is just worthless after a while to me.

hands down, black on black (interior) looks vicious with clear corners - with or without chromes. they make the car look so much better. the car kinda looks funny with amber corners, especially looking at it from the side. it looks so cordinated with white headlights black bumper and clear corners. NICE my friend! i think clear corners look nice on almost all colored 1st gen CL, but it looks even better on a black CL. that's one of the few mods, i think, that drastically changes the looks of the black CL. my nickel.

I have a black CL with Chrome and clears...I used Hyper white bulbs everywhere, corners, side markers, highs/lows, even the turn signal bulb, matches the headlights just fine
