just looked up the 10 day weather forcast for where i'm going to spend new years (glen rose, texas) and it's going to be like 60+ from tomorrow till then... man i can't wait, even though i'll go from <30 to >60 in 5 hours...
i want a blizzard, we have cold ass temperatures but not that much snowit's been atleast -25 degrees celcius for the past 3 weeks or so here, so that's -13*F for you americans, plus crazy windchill temps on top of that

When i start my car in the cold, i have to press on the gas pedal and keep it running till it starts to warm up or else it'll idle so low that it dies. Definitely HATES the cold weather.
i had to try to crank my car like 6-10 times this morning... also didn't run the stereo at all due to the cold temps and the possibility of pushing the amps in this cold weather...
chris, my 9884 screen was frozen too... took like a second for the screen to register the change...

i feel both sides here. i was born and raised in florida, and absoluely love celebrating christmas in the sand, but because of my volunteering for the army, i am at ft. campbell which is on the kentucky/tennessee border. this morning it was 6 degrees when i went to work at 545am. and last week we were hit unexpectedly by a nasty ice storm, and it took me 20 minutes to try and chip away at the 1 inch plus of ice that incapsulated my car. i had to sit there with a knife and chip around the entire door just to get it open. and then driving, my god. i consider myself a decent driver, but i had no clue driving on ice was gonna be so scary. i love the thought of white christmas's, but nothing beats christmas dinner on the beach, drinkin pina colada's, and watchin the girls in bikinis play volley ball in the 80 degree sunshine!
