So i figured i wanted to change up my front end....


ditched the clear corners and brought out the amber ones again. Didnt like that look so.................

 

I like it, what did you use to smoke em and couldnt you just have smoked the clears?

yea .. gotta love stock acura CL fogs .....



and i stopped by a hobby shop and picked up some of that spray tint ... couple layers of that + couple layers of clear coat gives you that.



i could have done it with the clears .. but i like the amber tint they have in the light and at night when blinking.

 

It looks alright.

I think Nato smoked his clears.

smoked ambers look hot too..

 

yea i like the dark amber more then just plain dark

 

nice griff, u got any side shots? im just curious, i been thinking of doing this since i got my headlight housings black.. just curioius of how it looks i wanna keep my clears and do the ambers i got lying around too :-P

99CL has his corners smoked as well, it looks sweet

 

With black housing and NO fogs it'll look 10x better.

can't you theoretically use the yellow spray on the fog lights to make yellow foglights?

 

yeah but it wont be as nice as yellow bulbs.

theres Yellow HID out there....

also the yellow IS300 bulb-sleeve modification is cool too..

the film overlay is the cheaper route.

 

where can i get the sleeve from? i just picked up a pair of h3 yellow nokya's for 30 bucks
