Hey thanks for all the feedback so far guys! To answer some questions:
1. The mesh is actually black plastic mesh which I painted with chrome paint. It's actually shinier and a nicer mesh design than the metal, and it doesn't bend like the metal.
2. I was thinking about taking the bottom mesh off but I kinda like how it matches the top
3. The lights were easy to do, very easy, just took a lot of time since you gotta take the bumper off. I have to reseal them because they sometimes fog up so if you do it, make sure you do it right hte first time
Thanks again and keep it comin!

i would say on the bottom grill paint it to black again.. so that the top grill has more attention the the whole thing sorta has a more smooth over look...
or just keep it your way.. looks good either way :P

hey, i did something just like that, but (can't tell from the picture) can you still see the black plastic piece behind the grill where the "A" wing used to be screwed to? cause on mine, when you look at it from straight ahead, you can hella see that shit.

Looks great!
I really like those headlights. I was thinking of doing the same in my body color, but thought it would look pretty funky.
Anyway, great job!

Mikeonay, I ran into that problem but fixed it easily. Here's how:
I bought black fiberglass screendoor mesh and put 3 layers of that behind the silver mesh, that way you can't see behind it. And it doesn't block airflow enough to raise engine temperature anywhere above normal.

cool shit!! I'm thinking the chrome "ring" around the grille might look good black, to match the headlights (black trim with a chrome like center) then find a way to get a "black housing" for the bumper lights... kinda like the 5th gen Accord JDM black housing corner lenses.

Yeah i wanted to do something to the corners and paint all the chrome black but havent done it yet. I tried to pull apart my modified integra clears but they dont use the silicon type stuff like the headlights and im not sure what i would paint anyway. The only thing i can think of is tinting them but that might look ghetto

Like the effect a LOT on the top grille but wouldn't do the bottom too... great job though! Looking to do something different with my '98 2.3CL - what type of Xenon lights did you use - both High & low beams?
