battery ?'s

if you disconnect the battery do you need the radio code for your radio to work?

I doubt it, the code should be in your owner's manual on a card. If you don't have that, then I would call up a local acura dealer or log on to acura.com and create an account there. Both places you can find the code.

ok, so i heard that its on the top of the fuse box under the hood, there is a number with 5 digits, then another number that is longer, is the 5 digit one the radio code?

i wonder why when i got my sub installed it didnt ask for the code, i know they disconnected the battery because i watched them do it...hummm

The shop probably used a memory saver. They plug the gizmos into ur cig lighter and it keeps all ur settings and clock saved.

pop the hood, the fuse box is on the left, open it, look on the lid u took off...bam its there
