Hi,
recently my battery light came on while driving and so i checked the connections and such all looked ok...
now the light only comes on when at upper RPM range, around VTEC area... if i continue to push the car then the ABS light comes on.... wondering if anyone else had this problem / knew how to fix i think ill take it to dealer and have em check it out im due for an oil change anyways...

could it have anything to do with radar detector and cellphone recharger, i always unplug when car is not running.

when my battery light came on I was also driving, Later on the rest of the lights came on. I had to replace the alternator. It ran like $140.

check your alternator belt first..make sure it is tight

if you need an alternator i can sell you the one off of my prelude motor....$40 plus shipping

I had a simmilar problem on my 90 INtegra a few years back. The battery light would come on while I was driving, I had my alternator tested and it was the brushes that went bad. Got that those replaced and it worked great. It wasn't as expensive as a new alternator.
