I was at work today from 5-9ish and my boss' fiance called me and told me someone hit my car in the parking lot.

They were upstairs in the resturaunt and saw it happen

the thing that pissed me off the most is that its the new dishwasher that hit my car and then HE HAD THE BALLS TO DRIVE OFF

his fiance said my whole car moved, but luckily i had the oem bra on the car, i cant tell now but from what i saw it looks like a very minor damage but its DAMAGE and to my car, i wanted to beat this guy down

well he's coming to work tomorrow and im going to confront him and if he says he did not hit my car i will call the cops and file a hit and run on his ass and hell have major trouble then

any ideas what else should i do??? if you dont all reember i filed a claim in december for a side swip, will tihs matter if i file a hit and run now, will my insurance go up?

my day was going great, now i have to deal with this,

Confront him. If he says he didnt do it, tell him you got witnesses and then tell him you ll take whatever action is necessary to rectify the situation.

 

Agreed, just confront him and if he gives you some BS just tell him there were witnesses. If he is cool about it and gives you his insurance info, then cool. If he is a prick about it, then you call the cops, and he will be screwed. Just make sure your witnesses will back up the story. People can be such a-holes in a parking lot.

BTW - What's a curb biter??? Is it his head meeting the curb?

hey guys there is no damage tot he car i checked right now

he hit the bra but did not leave a mark under but its the point of the matter

i would let him know that he was seen hitting your car and he may not have know about it, yeah i know, but sometimes people don't realize, but most do.

also tht you have checked it out and that there is no damage but to please be careful around it.

but i have 2 witnesses to him hitting my car, my boss' son and his fiance, they live above the resturaunt and they watched him do it, they said my whole car moved supposedly

also friday he was seen pulling ebrakes and burn outs in our parking lot

Well, if there was damage, then I would say something. But since there isn't damage, then you gotta think about it. I know it's the principle of someone hitting your car, but you never know what people are capable of these days. He could be an ass and end up keying your car one day.

I would make sure your boss's fiance will have your back, in case he denies it. Then after everything's settled, get him fired for reckless endangerment. This guy seems like he's an idiot behind the wheel. No need to have this kind of person working with you.

AND if he tries to fight it....nail him for everything he's got....make him sell his car to be able to pay for damages. I hate it when people try to screw you especially when it's their fault. If they fess-up, no biggie, just pay for what you damaged. They treat you like an idiot, go after them with everything you got.

 

Even though there is no damage to the paint, you should look at the frame. Sometimes the paint will be fine, but when you look at it your bumper might be off or something got pushed in. Take your time to look it over...not just the paint.....
