automatic to 5 speed conversion?

my lil bro just got a cl and was wondering has n e 1 converted form an automatic to 5 speed. if so wat parts to get and if any kind of problem occurred during this conversion. n e info will be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance.

In order to change a 4 cylinder autmatic CL to a manual you will have to buy all these parts, a maunal pedal assembly, a manual center console with a shift boot, clutch master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, hydrolic line between the master cylinder and slave cylinder, left axel assy with the intermediate shaft, 5-speed tranny mount, shifter with cables, a clutch and a pressure plate. I'm guessing you can get all the above parts and a tranny for around $1,000. Then if you can't install the new tranny yourslef you'll have to pay for labor.

Oh you can use any '92+ prelude or accord manual tranny. The gearing on each tranny is different and depending on what you plan to do the car, each might have its pros and cons.
