autodown one-touch down failure after window regulator replace

I just did a drivers side window regulator replacement on my 99 CL. The new part was from am-autoparts on eBay. My one-touch down no longer works. Would this be a function of the new motor? (This new rig is slower and makes a clunking sound when it starts). Any thought on how to fix the one-touch down?

(Here's a DIY I posted on the window regulator replacement)

Looks like I'll have to remove the door panel again to check it out (what fun). Of course, I already threw away the old motor so I can't do an A/B comparison. (We get so soon old, and so late smart). Until the weekend . . .
