he is advertising for free shipping then later on he says he is charging $200 for shipping then $50 for handling fee. Id sue the frup out of him for being retarted.

i honestly dont think its worth suing someone over this. i wouldnt mind someone using my car and me seeing no profit. i mean how much is this guy actually making. call me old fashioned but i dont think suing people left and right is the answer.
who knows maybe you guys can work this out reasonably.

Its about principle. If he would have asked you beforehand then its fine, but he didn't even bother a simple email. I know if it was my car and he emailed me, i would have let him use it. Since he didn't i think you should take action to get some money out of the deal.

i found out somebody bought a kit from them a couple months ago and sent him pics sayin this was there car.. i bought my car with the kit already on it and the guy i bought it off of had it on for over a yr..
and this is what they wrote back to me, i was like wtf??...
you bought the bodykit from us a couple moths ago at www.xtremeracingonline.com that is why we are using this pictures that you email us before, if you can email us more pictures thank you and merry christmas, we are working on a hood we will some pictures to you soon and give u a good deal on the hood, to get some pics back thank you
