i want to know what your HP gain from headers was... did you use comptech? and did you think it was a noticeable difference? worth the $$$$$?

Hey Fastvtecl, did the comptech headers give you the best performance gains from all your mods? What does the Vtec controller do besides the obvious? Are there any negative effects of the Vtec controller?

 

I think it's more like 19hp to the wheel for your 1st gen...it's the same at the 3.0 accord...

 

yes it is 18-19 at the wheels, but with CAi between 25-30... well worth it for me!!!!

You can't add the hp gains from different mods together. It would be nice if that's how it actually worked though.

Im not adding them to say that all in all its worth headers for its possibilities, but once all is said and done you gain what you gain from each and if they are interactive.. youll gain more!! Ikm spending my money to totral up, not single out.. my headers wont win me a race.. my entire car will!!
