Apex'i WS2

Hey guys, first time posting here. I just bought a 97 2.2CL manual with 64k miles (gogo old guys keeping their cars forever). I'm kind of in a rush today (search engine was going slow) but the general agreement i find is that the 5th gen accord parts are pretty interchangeable with the 1g CL's. My previous car was a 96 accord 2door and the auto tranny took a dump. Two months before this I bought the WS2 and I am pretty sure it will fit (as per measurements). Car is going in for the timing belt thursday and they are willing to pop on the exhaust for about a half hour of labor - I just wanted to say hi to you guys for the first time and make sure it will pretty much fit.

if the accord was an ex it will fit. meaning that if it had an f22b1 (type of engine) it will fit. you can find the stamp on your block to the left of your header, and down a little bit. if it says f22b1 it will fit.

it should fit regardless of dx,lx,ex or se. as long as its a 94-97 accord 2 door.

Yeah it's a 2door LX. Crawled under it when I got home today and took some measurements to the hangers and whatnot - should fit no problem.

So here it is installed - I will take more pics once I do the system install and wash the car.

Anyone who is familiar with the WS series knows they are quiet... and it is. Once I put my AEM short ram on though, things got back to growly. Looks a million times better than the two tiny fart pipes that came with this car.
