apex'i vafc installed, questions

apex'i vafc installed, questions

got the vtec timer in today, installed it.. fairly easily.. i have a few questions for those who have one as well tho.. whats the stock crossover for vtec.. and i'm running really really rich.. without any fuel modifications.. like.. getting dizzy in the car rich.. slap back some feedback thx..

Were you running rich before you installed the VAFC? If not, the settings probably aren't right for your car. Sorry I can't tell you what they should be since I've only had an SAFC on a 2.5RS...

I have heard that that unit won't really do anything for you unless you have some engine mods done to your car. Also, everytime you add some kind of engine mod you will have to recalbrate it. Most poeple usually have to do dynos to set it correctly.

You can tune from your front O2 sensor. Just make sure the voltage is .86 or so.
