Hey newb, :noob: c-notch is what you do to the rear frame of trucks to add clearance for the rear end. Try using :search: and search c-notch, see how many uni-body front strut tower cut outs you see....

Here are c-notches...




Cutting a hole in the top of the fender well for the upper control arm to come up more (at the ball joint), is just called cutting a fricking hole. It gives you very little more, considering the undercariage and exhaust has maybe 1/2-1" left....

As to his being lower than mine, again, :noob:








Just look at the wheel and where it meets the fender. He has 18" and so do I. The wheels meet the fender at the same spot.

and another thing u know ur cl is low when u drag back bumper...so look at ur pics...pick the front up and slam the back and lets caluculate how many inches u need to have the bumper hit the floor...i dragged mine plenty of times..than i picked it up again and it dont do it no more because im not gonna be buyin bumpers n shit...but just tought i should tell u that....trust me rookie u aint low...see ya

Look man, I am not here to argue with you. If you call it something differnet where you are, then your cooler than me. BTW, I am affiliated with one of the top air suspension shops in N. Texas, so if you think I don't know what I am talking about....your out of luck.

 

I will agree, with hydros you could drag the bumper....but not until you ripped the exhaust off. Hydros give way more lift then air, and you can lift the front high enough to drag the back.

I know that is a 2nd gen with hydros, but it's all the same. Please tell me how you were dragging bumper.

I will say one last thing, unless you figure out how to suck the undercariage up into the car, your not going to get more than 1/2" lower than me. You'd be sitting on engine/exhaust components. Yes, hydros can drag ass, but that would be the exhaust, not the bumper. Lastly, unless you have pictures that can prove any of this wrong,

hey casper listen up....i dident call u any names so watch ur mouth...but u wanna talk ok lets ride...first off ur low cuz ur on a body kit( down here we call that shit skirts) and skirts are for bitches like u....im done with u...cris my stock exhaust was garbage..it was ripped to shit so i cut it off....i had too...everytime i turned on the car it sounded like shit....cut the exhaust left it with out one for like a week untill my new one got into stock.....did a lil thing here and there and i have the back bumper laid out...on the floor...and u know its possible....and if u read in my b-4 post..i said i did it and than set it back up for normal settings because im not gonna be buying bumper every day when i rip it off....i wish i had pic but ill pist pics after my shit comes out of the shop in like a month n a half....i was sellin the air kit up on here but i sold it already ...still have it installed so ill take some pics and try to post them....i dont have a scanner or none of that high tech shit..so w/e....but that enough for me....sorry for the long post..btw that 2nd gen cl is so bad....thats shit gangsta ass fuck if im not mistaken he was sellin it....lives in az in im not wrong....but w/e and casper get reed of all that bodykit shit tahts sad u gotta put all that junk on to make it low...its all bout how low u go on stock bumpers rookie..peace!
