Anybody dyed their interior floor carpet?
I love my cl, but I have to drive a few miles on a dirt road everyday and I cant keep the interior clean or the engine bay or body for that matter because of all the dust generated by driving sixty on dry dirt. Anyway armor all-cleaning wipes take care of all the plastic pieces and any dirt thatgets ground in, but my carpet keeps getting nastier because of all the dust, Its actually turning a rust type color except for where the mats go so the carpet looks pretty filthy despite bi-monthly applications of resolve and plenty of vaccuming.
So my plan is to remove the carpet and dye it black that way it hides dust better, and I think it would look pretty sweet with the tan two tone interior. So has anybody done this?

I used to party with a carpet cleaner guy and he told me to NEVER use Resolve. They charged people more if they used that shit, cause it made the dirt stick worse. Try blue coral spot and stain remover, it's a little more expensive but it should get those stains out. besides dupont helped make pot illegal in the thirties! :sqntfawk:

Actually mbuna I just recently got fed up with Resolve and I just bought some blue coral before making this post and yeah it really did a great job, but not enough besides I think this is turning into more of a custom interior thing.
